I'm currently an Insights & Analytics Editor at Business Insider,
where I analyze content and audience data to inform newsroom
coverage and strategy. I work primarily within the newsroom, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including
executive editors, team leads and reporters.
Before that, I worked on the social team at Insider,
where I helped distribute stories across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
and helped develop social strategies based on off-platform metrics.
Before that, I was a digital team
intern at The Virginian-Pilot.
And before that, I was the editor in chief and digital strategy director
at The Diamondback, the University of Maryland's student newspaper.
Things I like include bar trivia, answering people’s questions on Reddit,
building custom functions in Google Sheets and
using emojis in the workplace. 😌
